BINS Goddamnit

Let's say I can't find any more BINS that work in my area. Let's also say that I want to start traveling, and need to choose BINS for areas that I am unfamiliar working in.

I am aware of the basic tricks - banks with the State's name in the title, checking friends cards, etc.

Can anyone help?

I think he wanted to ask how to find bins from specific states/cities, and if thats the case Renesance Man covered pretty much all up, use some fresh updated bin lists, like the one from wikipedia

just order 500$ from a good trusted vendor that gives you good valid rates
with those 500$ you order a mix of the banks that are in your area
start with classics, theyre cheaper and they do the job
