At first i though, oki, lets try to fix this. Today the whole DL was doublechecked and it is way to many errors.


On backside is enligh used in the word governemnt, two times, on an foreign DL. To much errors here.

The actual word driver license was misspelled in the local language,

In this case it was like DRIVERR LICENSE,


I am not native speaker in language the DL was ordered in, so I did not spot it. Only after order was delivered, a native speker spotted it and laughed off course.

Imagine if a police officer stops you with a DL saying DRIVERR License.



I mean if it was wrong name, DOB or other information, off course i would have to take responsibility, But i assume they work with templates and only change the information that needs to be, like Dates, names etc.

As of now seller offered me new one for roughly half price, which might seem fair, but when what, if there are errors in that document as we found out?

I think that when we order a physical DL we as buyer shall provide all correct details, and not be responsible for the design of the template itself. Names, DOB etc, sure, but the other parts of the template that is the same all the time, shall not the seller be repsonsible for that.

Misspell the word driver license, and the backside is also not correct.

I find this unacepptable and ask for full refund or that legenda fixes this.


Seller claims that me are responsible for the template, because i approved the deisgn and need check that all official information is correct, not him.

I feel really strange about this...

Considering the severity of the mistake and that is several, i prefer full refund. DL is completely useless anyway.

I believe seller should be professional. So if I ordder a scan, i need to doublecheck that info all the time *i mean not DOB, name et c, but like the name of the ID itself is correct, like
driver license and not driverr license.

Nah. I really dont think so.

Приветствую, полная переписка с данным покупателем в чате в телеграме (там же где гарант) мы в день делаем 40-50 айди карточек в среднем, и каждому покупателю бланк создается в ручную на векторе, а затем скидываем макет работы покупателю, для того чтобы он проверил данную работу, так как объем работы большой, мы создаем документы всего мира, и мы физически не сможем писать все правильно. Для этого скидываем все образцы покупателям так как он должен знать все тонкости его потребностей. Данному покупателю скидывался макет дважды, он исправил ошибки мы их исправили (это все есть в телеграм канале) и далее данный покупатель говорит чтобы я начал печать и работа была выполнена в соответствии требованиям покупателя. было скинуто (видео)тоже в телеграме. есть какие притензии ко мне ?

To cut it short. I approved the final template, that is true.

It means that it should be client requirement to ensure that not only the information I provide is correct, but that the wording of DRIVERR LICENSE is not that but DRIVER LICENSE.

There were also more errors.

So the seller take no responsibility to work with professional templates, that is using the same all the time, and change them with personal information. That is me as buyer who shall check
that thew wording driver license is correct in a local language, not seller? As well as all other information in the template that the seller use?

So if i buy scans, i should make sure that nothing is misspelled in the templates used?

Come on, does this sounds reasonable at all?

It is laughable to be honest. This is so unprofessional it gets.

Seller write that he can not write everything correctly, because working with the whole world?

This could have serious consequences for people, I hope we can work with professionals in this forum.

I do take responsibility for my actions, but find it really strange that me as buyer shall be responsible that the document maker use right templates?

Really weird approach.
 
After reading the correspondence between buyer and seller, I noticed.
-seller asked several times if everything was satisfactory to the buyer
-The buyer repeatedly confirmed the print run

Unfortunately for the buyer. The claim is denied. The seller has done his job.




I understand the buyer's insistence that the seller must have known his business and not made such mistakes. But the buyer confirmed the seal several times. Be more careful next time and if you are unable to verify the work, ask for help from a native speaker
 
I understand your decision, not easy to make another one, I still find this seller to be unprofessional and he should not be on the forum. It is about trust, when you purchase a product you put trust towards that the seller knows his business, have the right skills and work with professional templates. So was not the case here. So putting trust into a seller on the forum is not possible, me as buyer have to double check the official wording of the document I am buying. That shold be on the seller to make sure that all official text is correct, not on the buyer. This is just as unprofessional as it gets. I advice anyone to refrain from doing business in such environments. We can not trust that people selling on this forum are professional, and when trust is lost, what else is there really?

For me, just cheap talk. I am sorry to say. Stll I understand the decision, but without trust, how can I buy something from this forum again, not trusting that people working here are professionals who take responsibility of their work? Who put a pride in their work? That me as buyer are responsible for their work?

This is my position- trust is broken, and it cant be fixed.

Still, I understand your way of thinking as well, even if you dont like my way of thinking, please accept it.
