EMV CHIPSO Soccorio 13k Software - ripper

Hey there, mates, I apologize in advance i dont speak russian. So I was looking for an Emv Writer Software for DDA, and came across this guy SOCCORIO (he is a verified seller on this forum), selling his CHIPSO software for 13k USD. Can anybody vouch for this guy, cause there are softwares like X2 ARQC etc for 1.5k only and maybe they also work to some extent.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Soccorio Chipso must have a name in the market and all, I am not saying that he doesnt do shit, he must have a great software, But i tried him to do a Pos transaction for a track2 100% valid that I'll give, to check whether the software works for my local DDA Bins, but he said he did not have a POS, which is funny when someone like him claims he makes Millions of $.

Hey soccorio, no offense but I've come across a couple of people on different forums, who said that you a ripper/scammer. I've seen some forums myself where you were selling CHIPSO software and now you are banned and labeled as RIPPER. I dont know man, the fact that you dont deal in this forum's escrow and not willing to test a DDA track 2, that doesnt feel right.
