If it's a static IP you can't really do much. You can try contacting your ISP but if it's dynamic you could run these commands:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
netsh interface ipv4 reset
netsh interface ipv6 reset
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log
Resetting or restarting your router should also work. An extra measure could be changing your MAC though TMAC v6.
